Bajra Puri With Lasun Chutney

Ingredients:

1 cup - bajra flour

1 med - onion minced

4 -5 green chillies minced

1 tsp - red chilli pd

1 tsp - salt

5 tbs - corriander chopped fine

1 tsp - cumin seeds

oil to deep fry

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together ,adding water knead into a medium hard dough.

break into lemon size balls ,press .

take a plastic sheet ,grease on inner sides .

Place one ball between sheet and press using a plate.

deep fry in hot oil until golden and puffed.

serve hot with lasun (garlic) chutney.

LASUN CHUTNEY:

Ingredients:

5 pods - garlic

5 tsp - red chilli pd

2 tsp - corriander pd

1/2 tsp cumin pd

3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp - mango pd

Method:

Mix all the ingredients add water and grind to a fine paste.
